An English Nationalism
Tony Linsell
In
this handbook of modern English nationalism the author investigates
the origins of the English and England. This is followed by a critical
look at 'progressive' views of nationalism. Topics covered include:
globalism, democracy, immigration, realpolitik, ethnicity, race, governing
elites, and sovereignty.
The author sees democracy as the ability of a nation to manage its own
political institutions, economy, physical environment, and culture.
Yet the trend in modern politics is to deny us the ability to do any
of those things. Instead, public opinion is manipulated, and our political
institutions deny us meaningful choice.
A nation is group of people who share a communal identity, culture,
language, ancestry, and history. The English are a nation - an extended
family - an ethnic group.
